La Belle Cabin — Elevated Mountain Living
La Belle Cabin rises from the trees with a clean, modern profile — a quiet contrast to the rugged peaks surrounding it. Designed across three intentional levels, the architecture prioritizes light, openness, and uninterrupted mountain views.
About the Space
At the top, a lofted primary suite overlooks the living space below and captures panoramic views of the White Mountains. The en suite bath is sleek and minimal, anchored by a glass shower, and a dedicated workspace with monitor is seamlessly integrated for those blending retreat with remote work.
The main level unfolds as one continuous volume — kitchen, dining, and living moving fluidly together. Large windows frame the landscape like living artwork, while an expansive deck extends the architecture outward. A full bath and in-unit laundry are thoughtfully tucked in, balancing clean design with everyday ease.
Downstairs, two bedrooms ground the home. One queen room looks toward the mountains; the second features custom-built bunks with individual reading lights and USB ports — tailored, modern, and quietly refined. A secondary lounge connects the rooms and opens directly to the outdoors.
Just minutes from Waterville Valley, Loon Mountain, Tenney Mountain, and Cannon Mountain, the cabin is ideally positioned for winter days on the slopes and summer hikes through the range. Guests also receive two passes to the Waterville Estates Community Center, located directly across the street, with pools, hot tubs, sauna, and gym access included.
In winter, all-wheel drive is recommended due to steep mountain roads and driveway conditions. The fire pit remains year-round, though snow may limit access at times.
Why Locèlle Loves It
We love how the architecture lets the mountains lead. The lofted suite, expansive glass, and custom millwork feel deliberate — modern without feeling cold. It’s a cabin that understands restraint, where design and landscape exist in quiet balance.

La Belle Cabin — Designed for the View
La Belle Cabin rises quietly from the trees, its clean, modern lines framing the White Mountains at every turn. Spanning three levels, the architecture balances openness with intention — a lofted suite above, light-filled living at the center, and grounded bedrooms below. It’s refined but warm, where the landscape becomes part of the design.

Winter days can be spent carving powder, snowboarding, or snowshoeing through quiet trails, while the warmer months invite hiking, biking, and discovering hidden waterfalls — every outing a chance to let the mountains themselves take center stage.
Relax, Discover, and Connect: Beyond the slopes, the area is full of curated escapes. Wander charming nearby towns for coffee, antiques, and local art, or take scenic drives along winding mountain roads that reveal sweeping vistas at every turn. For a more leisurely day, head across the street to the Waterville Estates Community Center, where indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna, and a gym make it easy to unwind without leaving the neighborhood.
